Shun DM0902 Limited Edition 10th Anniversary 8" Chef's Knife

Celebrate Shun's first 10 years with a gorgeous Limited Edition 10th Anniversary Classic 8" Chef's Knife. But this Shun Classic is, quite simply, unlike any other. Instead of Shun Classic’s stainless steel Damascus blade cladding, this incredible Limited Edition knife features 32 layers of stainless steel and copper cladding. Ribbons of brilliant copper flow over the blade’s surface and are set off by copper accents at the bolster and endcap. The endcap also features a commemorative laser engraving. This Limited Edition knife takes the Classic Chef's Knife to a whole new aesthetic level. Only 3000 of these knives have been made and each one is sequentially numbered and comes with its own certificate of authenticity.
