The Sunpak 6200PG 3-Section Aluminum Tripod with Pistol Grip Ballhead is a three-section tripod with aluminum legs, a polycarbonate chassis and a pistol-grip ball head that facilitates the easiest and quickest method of setting and locking a camera's orientation. The removable ballhead features a quick-release plate for rapid setup changes, with a standard 1/4"-20 stud for the widest compatibility.

The compact, full-size 6200PG is designed to work with full-size DSLR cameras with a total weight (lens included) of 4.4 lb. That load capacity also will accommodate many compact HD camcorders and the support system might be ideal for using such a camcorder on a shoot that involves static shots that require rock-solid stability.
