Slinger's exterior is water-resistant. The interior has moveable partitions and 2 mesh pockets. Three outer pockets and outer mesh pockets make great "Catch-Alls". The neoprene backing of the outer air mesh pockets add extra dryness protection when carrying a wet umbrella or water bottle.
