Klipsch VF-36 Single two-way Icon V series floorstanding speaker

Treat your ears to iconic sound. Klipsch's Icon V series presents its flagship floorstanding model: the VF-36. Powerful, efficient, and, of course, precise, the Icon VF-36 delivers the highest output and lowest distortion in its class. Using three 6.5" fiber-composite cone woofers, the floorstanding speaker reproduces sound as low as 36Hz (with a low frequency extension of 33Hz). There's enough power pumping out the low notes that you could, if you're so inclined, opt not to add a subwoofer to your system. Then, a new wide dispersion Tractrix Horn-loaded tweeter with XT technology provides high-range sound reproduction up to 23kHz. This proprietary design allows the VF 36 to diffuse a smooth, enveloping 90-degree by 90-degree sound pattern from its extremely thin extrusion enclosure. As with all Klipsch horn-loaded technology, this version also produces more output using less energy and delivers the company's signature dynamic sound. With all these drivers, it's important to make sure the sound flows smoothly between low and high frequencies, so Klipsch uses high-definition, precision-voiced crossovers for accurate transfer. Topping it all off, the VF36 enclosure is slim and stylish. What might be most compelling, though, is that you won't find a speaker of the same quality at this price.
