What I'm so upset about is the fact that I actually had it in my cart proceeding to check out with the price coming up $99.99, put my information in as I was waiting to go to the next step, I grabbed my form of payment and as the page refreshed to go to put the next page of info in I noticed right away the price changed in the transaction process to $219.99. It was around the 3:15 time Dec 2. I called immediately to (what I thought, quickly resolveing the issue) Talked to numerous agents, and supervisors, Managers was transferred numerous times and disconnected at one time, they practically called my a liar. They said there is no proof that it was even on sale. That they can not find anywhere where that price is advertised on their site. They said I must have gotten it confused with the 8 inch from. One Supervisor got very rude with me and said I'm not dealing with this anymore. About 3 and a half hours later, still on phone and noticed that the price changed back to $179.99 The woman even said to me I thought you said it was back to $219.99. Trying again to imply again I was lying, I told her Mam that's what I'm trying to explain to you that your price keeps changing in 3 times in a 3 hour span! I finally got a hold of a manager that seemed to me to be listening "Scott" He listened and assured me that he would try to resolve the issue. Told me he would call me the next day after he did some investagating. Four hours later no Kodak Digital Picture Frame and Scott DIDN'T call me the next day. I guess thats how they deal with customers that call out their mistakes they just listen to them, tell them what they want to hear and get them off the phone. It's not only false advertising but extremely bad customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTINCT!!!! I'm glad to say that I did buy a Digital frame for my mother in law at www.buy.com NOT BEST BUY I don't think it is the best buy and I don't appreciate being accused of lying on whether they had a picture frame on sale.
