This cable is designed specifically for the newer Apple devices, which use the Lightning connector, such as the iPhone 6. It features ultra-slim connector heads, which will fit comfortably within a protective case and which will not interfere with adjacent connector ports. The Lightning connector head is 16.5mm wide, 11.0mm thick, and 24.6mm long, while the USB connector head measures only 20.7mm wide, 12.5mm thick, and 26.0mm long. The contacts are gold plated to ensure smooth, corrosion-free connections.
