Deal Instructions:

3. Add eligible products sold and shipped by Amazon.com to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
4. At checkout under the Payment Methods (select change to change method if needed) select your Chase Card.
5. Apply at least $4 in Ultimate Rewards Points and select the Use this payment method button below the payment section.
6. Verify the discount has applied to your order, you should see a CHASE 30% OFF discount applied to your purchase.
