Breville Smart Convection Oven Plus

Breville's super-versatile countertop oven now includes a slow-cook feature, so you can simmer foods up to 10 hours at low temperatures for tender, flavor-rich results. "Smart" sensor technology automatically adjusts power and calculates cooking time for any of the 10 preset functions.

10 preset functions: toast, bagel, bake, roast, broil, pizza, cookies, reheat, warm, slow cook.
To slow cook, select between 2 to 8 hours on the ‘HI’ setting, or 4 to 10 hours on the ‘LO’ setting. The oven will automatically switch to ‘Keep Warm’ for up to 2 hours so food is ready to serve when you are.
Optional convection fan cooks foods up to 30% faster.
Adjustable temperature from 120°F to 450°F.
Includes baking and broiling trays, plus a 13" nonstick pizza pan.
