CVS Health 91% Isopropyl Alcohol, 32 Ounces

Use CVS Health 91% Isopropyl Alcohol for effective first aid to help prevent the risk of infection as a result of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. This product contains 91 percent isopropyl alcohol by volume and can ensure that minor wounds stay clean and protected. Keep a bottle in your first aid kit for easy access whenever it's needed. This product is recommended for cleaning and disinfecting superficial wounds only. Do not apply alcohol to open cuts. You can also use this product to clean tweezers or needles used to remove splinters for added sterility. Before using the alcohol, clean the affected area thoroughly and allow it to dry. Apply a small amount of alcohol to the affected area one to three times per day, or as directed. You can cover the wound with a sterile bandage in between cleanings to help reduce the risk of infection. If using a sterile bandage, let the alcohol dry first before applying the bandage. Store the alcohol at room temperature and keep it away from excess heat. This product is for external use only. Always keep it away from fire or flame as it is extremely flammable. Before use, ask your doctor or other healthcare provider if you have deep or puncture wounds, a serious burn, or have suffered an animal bite. Do not get the alcohol into your eyes, and don't apply it to large areas of the body. After one week of use, if the wound has not begun to heal, consult with your doctor for further treatment suggestions. Always keep this product out of the reach of children.
