Followup to my previous comment: After sending Shop4Tech a link to my previous comment as an example of what I would continue to post online if they didn't refund my purchase, I promptly received a refund. Too bad it takes that kind of tactic to get proper customer service from them.
Ordered this item in early November - never arrived. In December they claimed it was being shipped from overseas and could take up to 6 weeks. In early January told them to cancel order and refund my credit card. Still waiting for them to do that. Had to contact American Express to contest the charge. *** BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!! ***
