Accepted code for personal checks on-line, but when I went to place the order; got a message that said un-safe website. So I called automated number to place order, which did not request order code. Got to customer service who informed me that code 4CDQ was for business check orders only. Managed to cancel the order; don't appreciate bait & switch advertising. Reported to BBB.
you only get 100 checks if you get duplicates...very misleading
My fiance did this the last time, only ended up with 100 checks....very dissapointed.

Looks at it, the check book is not a complicated thing but the coupond is so confused.

As this offer was updated just 2 days ago (at least that's what it says), I tried to use it, but it's only good for NEW customers. Would have been nice to have known this before I wasted my time trying to use the code.
I just spoke to them since they won't do refunds online, and they offered to refund the "Protection" feature since they couldn't stop the order (5 business days to print but they couldn't stop it 8 hours after my order. . .) Then I found out they added a handling fee of $1.95 per box. Yikes, where'd that come from?
Nice lady on the phone, but honestly, I'm not blind but their ordering website is either fraudulent or incompetent.
