I also ordered 5 back when the original offer was posted here. I got my $100 check yesterday. No problems with Cost Central or HP rebates. I sent my rebate regular old 0.42 mail to Puerto Rico. Took about 2 months. Gotta love making $15 for buying 5 mice.

I ordered 5 (the rebate limit is 5). I received the mice in 6 days and CostCentral had emailed me the status at least 4 or 5 times; not bad at all. I mailed the rebate the same day. I sent it certified. USPS sent me an email (you have to sign up) 5 days later stating the rebate had arrived at the rebate center in Puerto Rico.
Now lets how well HP acts. However, so far, it has been a very quick process.

So, in less than two weeks I received my mice and the rebate had been received at the rebate center.
I had ordered under the previous offer. I sent my rebate to Pureto Rico as instructed. I crossed all my t's and dotted all my I's and guess what???? It has been lost in the mail. Kind of funny how the only mail problems I've ever had in the last 8 years are related to rebate offers. They want me to resubmit to a 866 fax number which will not receive my fax. This somewhat shady deal just got a whole lot darker. I would recommend you pass.
Update: After several days and numerous attempts my fax finally went through. I guess they finally fixed there fax machine. Now I get to play the waiting game all over again.
Final Update: Just received my rebate check for $100.00
Mine rebate made it and was processed just fine. And why won't your fax not be received by an 866 number? That's a toll free number that anyone can fax.
You need to read all of the details. The rebate form says "Will not exceed the price of the item". So you will get it free however you will not make $4 as stated. Still a good deal if you need a mouse.
You should have ordered it under the previous offer where it was 16.76 for the mouse and you get a $20 rebate.
Finally received mine just a few minutes ago after ordering on the 4th. Now we'll see if I get my rebate.
rebate is directly from HP, so you shouldn't have any problem getting your rebate :-)
This is almost too good to pass up twice (I passed on it the first time I saw this deal)... but you have to mail the rebate form to Puerto Rico; that's the deal-breaker for me. It seems a bit shady... plus I've never heard of costcentral.com - man, though, we sure could use a few of these mice at work.

mrschmooshies, I ordered mind on the 4th. CostCentral told me it was being shipped directly from HP and that it finally shipped yesterday or today but could not provide me a tracking number. Supposedly I will receive a tracking number in my e-mail.
To everyone who is thinking about ordering one, it is a BIG waste of your time. Delays upon delays are beginning to frustrate me.
I ordered mine on the 4th, was charged, and still have not received my mouse.
Taking way too long to get this mouse. Company is very picky if your shipping address does not match your billing address.
