It's a smoker, a stove and an oven all in one. Have all the flexibility of cooking at home in the great outdoors. This unit will smoke meats, bake pies, heat oil or boil water. Operates off a 1-lb. propane cylinder (sold separately). Comes with its own carry bag for convenient portability and a bonus fry pan and griddle. Package includes: smoking cabinet with temperature gauge, LP hose and regulator with manual valve, 16,000-BTU steel burner, two smoking cabinet racks, removable water pan, wood-chip pan with vented lid, back door for easy access and minimal heat loss, adjustable side dampers, top damper, side handles, thermometer, and instruction/recipe booklet.
