So while we could make ties more quickly, we prefer to take our time and hand sew just 15 ties per hour — compare that to machine-sewn versions coming off the line at 150 on hour! We also use a self-fabric keeper instead of cheaper cloth, bartack both ends for strength and add a full lining for more substance.
