Other features include, faster boot speed, automatically turning on Wi-Fi when near saved networks, limiting background activity for little used apps, notification snoozing, smart text selection, and more.
GSM + CDMA / 4G LTE Wireless Connectivity
This phone is designed to work on select GSM and CDMA networks and is 4G LTE capable. LTE is an advanced cellular network data protocol capable of data speeds so fast that they compete with wired broadband Internet providers. With an LTE connection, this phone should have no problem streaming HD video, downloading apps, uploading photos, or anything else that requires a high-speed data connection. The phone is also backwards compatible with 3G and 2G data for instances when you can't get LTE. In addition to cellular wireless, this phone also features Bluetooth, NFC, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

It can also be used in other parts of the world; however, LTE access may be limited or unsupported, depending on the network. To ensure this phone will work with your carrier please check to make sure the frequencies your carrier uses are supported by this phone. Durable Pocket-Friendly Design
The moto Z3 Play comes in at only 0.3" thin and features a 2.5D contoured Corning Gorilla Glass display. The rounded edges help to make the phone feel good in your hand, while the Gorilla Glass protects the phone from the dings and scratches that come from every day use. There's even a water-repellent coating, inside and out, to protect it from spills, splashes, and rain.
Moto Mods Compatible
The moto Z3 Play is compatible with Motorola's Moto Mods. Moto Mods are optional accessories that conveniently snap onto the back of your phone, giving it added capabilities. You can get a variety of mods, including a battery pack for extra juice, a stereo speaker, a projector, a Polaroid Insta-Share printer, and more.
Motion Gestures
Motorola lets you use intuitive gestures to more easily navigate the around your Z3 Play. Swipe left to go back, right to access recent apps, tap to go home, and more. You even have the ability to replace the Android buttons with a simple bar to de-clutter that brilliant edge-to-edge screen.
Protect Your Personal Stuff
It's important to keep your personal data safe and away from prying eyes, which is why Motorola has added some sophisticated security measures to the Z3 Play. A fingerprint sensor is conveniently located on the side spine of the phone, and can be setup to unlock the phone, make payments, and authenticate yourself in supported apps. This phone also provides facial recognition that unlocks your phone only when it sees your face.
