All items will be accepted for credit or replacement within 60 days from the date of shipment against DOA
All shipping charges for returned products are to be paid by customer. We recommend that our customers use tracking number provided by UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service when shipping returns
Any problems upon receipt of the item must be made known to us in writing via email
All items must be returned in the same condition as received with all accessories
Chargers will apply for all parts/accessories missing
Once we receive the returned item, we will process it within 2-3 business days
New items that are returned in not new condition will be exchanged or repaired for the same item in the same condition returned
We will issue a refund for defective product in the amount equal to the purchase price of the item. The refund amount does not include the shipping costs
