Here is how:

1. Go to the Amex Offers page and log in to your American Express account
2. Scroll down to the Amex Offers & Benefits section
3. Look for an offer for "Spend $115 or more, get $15 back, up to 2 times (total of $30)" on you Wireless Bill
4. Click "Add to Card"
5. Complete your purchase at a wireless service provider
6. Limit of 2 statement credits (total of $30) per cardmember
7. Purchases must be made by 12/31/2022
