If you require an existing mobile/landline number to be ported out to replace the new number, please email mc@expansys.com with the following information after checkout:

Number you want ported
Full name of the primary account holder
Address that is registered with the carrier on your existing account
Carrier that provides the number you want ported
Account number assigned by your carrier
Password on your account
Last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number

Note: Mobile number ports may take up to 72 hours. Landline number ports may take up to 10 business days.
