Deal Instructions:
1. Log into your Target account and ensure you have an active, verified Student or Teacher status
2. Navigate to the appropriate creation page depending on your status: Create a Student Wish List OR Create a Teacher Wish List
3. Build your new wish list and add a minimum of 10 items to it
4. Share your completed wish list through the Target platform to qualify for the promotion
5. Look for your $10 Target Circle Reward to be automatically credited to your account
