No, It's brand new... I happened to look online for a one that was under $200 and there it was. The store didn't even know it was on sale yet. I walked right in and asked for it (It wasn't on display). Brand NEW. The stick price said $249. On sale for $179.99 plus $50 Rebate... I personally think someone didn't quite do the math. I would have been ok at $179.99 LOL
I unboxed it and set it up. It's a hair darker than my 22" Samsung, but to the average eye... not noticeable.
