How to Purchase?:
Physical tags can be purchased in-restaurant, at the drive-thru, via a kiosk, or through our app or website.
A digital tag can be ordered through our app or website. Upon purchase, you should immediately receive your Key Tag as a mobile offer in your MyWendy's account.
How to Redeem?:
Physical Tags: Place your order in restaurant or at the drive-thru, present your Key Tag to one of our crew members and receive your free Jr. Frosty along with the rest of your purchase.
Digital Tags: Place your order in-app or online and then apply your Key Tag as a mobile offer. Or, you can add it to your Wendy's Rewards card for in-restaurant (or drive-thru) scanning.
