evoMouse Virtual Mouse

Our iPads and tablets have taught us to embrace gesture-based navigation. When we can't see something well, we do the zoom anti-pinch if there's even a chance that the surface might be a touch screen. It's only embarrassing in public.

Now's the right time for the evoMouse, a virtual mouse that works via IR. Once you flip the little guy on (who looks like a little dog, which doesn't hurt), almost any flat, smooth surface becomes a touchpad. You can click and drag, scroll, even right click - just with your fingers.

How does it work? It combines an IR Pulse emitter with a Time of Flight CMOS sensor. In other words: magic. The very best part is when your boss asks to drive at your computer and isn't aware you use it. "I uh.... where's your mouse?" "Right there." That never gets old.
