Students of participating schools and universities can enroll in the DreamSpark program at the main DreamSpark page. From there, it is simply a matter of signing up and verifying through your school or university.
1. Log in with or create a Windows Live ID
2. Choose your school from a list and log in with your student information to verify that you're a student.
3. Download the software of your choice.
