Deal Instructions:
1. Login to or sing-up for your Sam's Club member account
New customers may qualify for a 1-Year Membership for $20 here or $25 here via Groupon
2. Purchase the following combination of Xbox Game Pass Core eGift Cards (Email Delivery), max. of 2x each allowed:
-- 2x 3-Months Codes $44.96 ($22.48 each)
-- 2x 6-Month Codes $66.96 ($34.98 each
-- 2x 12-Month Codes $107.96 ($53.98 each)
3. Your total for all 6 codes will be $222.88
4. Next, redeem all 6 codes to your Xbox account online (here) or via your Xbox console.
5. You will activate 42-Months of Xbox Game Pass Core (now known as 'Xbox Game Pass Essential').
6. Convert all 42 months of your active Xbox Game Pass Core / Essential subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by singing up for Ultimate using your Microsoft account online (here), via the Xbox store website here, or via your Xbox console.
Important Note: The noted method is at a 40% conversion rate. Conversion may differ depending on your current subscription status (non-active/active member + how many months/days you have remaining in your currently active Game Pass Core/Essential or Ultimate subscription)
7. Upon completion, you will convert 42 months of Game Pass Essential to 16.8-months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for the price of $222.88 (i.e. ~$13.26/month vs. the $29.99/month regular price)
